Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Since all Tiny Hands products are uniquely personalized, once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. You can find our contact information here. However, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible after 30 minutes of placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or if your item arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it. To be eligible for a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.
Order Confirmation & Emails
If you haven't received an email from us after placing your order, please check that the email address you provided is correct. Also, be sure to check your spam folder. If you haven’t received any updates within 5 business days, please contact us. If we don’t respond within 48 business hours, it's possible that our emails are bouncing back- try reaching out from a different email address.
Photo Quality Responsibility
The final design is created based on the image you upload. It is the customer's responsibility to submit a high-quality photo that follows our image guidelines. Low-quality images may result in a less detailed print. If the image quality is too low to proceed, we will contact you to request a better version. However, we do not take responsibility for minor imperfections caused by poor-quality uploads.
Additional Information
We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. While we provide estimated shipping times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Some orders may arrive sooner, while others might take longer. We will always keep you informed of any known delays.
